Sometimes companies looking to promote their new products would send a media kit with fresh food neatly packaged in it, other times I would just be left salivating at their images in their press release. But I would always be involved in crafting captions, taking pictures and editing them to bring out the curiousness of food that I saw (and sometimes ate) to the thousands of followers on 8 Day’s 2 Instagram pages.
